Boston-based Irish flute player/singer Shannon Heaton returns to Colorado for a house concert and after-concert session!
Shannon is near and dear to many of us in the Irish music community in Colorado. She and her husband, Matt, lived in Colorado for a few years and were very involved in laying the groundwork for what has become a large and thriving community! We’re lucky to get a solo show with Shannon as she makes her way to the 2024 Portal Irish Music Week in New Mexico!
Heaton is an Artist Fellow of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and was twice named Live Ireland’s Female Artist of the Year. In her solo shows, she shares tunes, songs, and stories. Fun for trad music nerds, accessible and welcoming to non musicians.
