We are happy to be welcoming back the amazing fiddle player, Haley Richardson, along with the guitar playing of Don Penzien, once again!
Haley is the lead fiddle player for the Riverdance tour (which will return to Denver next March)! I’ve known Haley since she was 11 years old, and she impressed me even then! She won her first regional fiddling championship at age 6, and hasn’t looked back since! Haley’s playing is energetic and full of nuance!
Don’s dexterous work on DADGAD-tuned guitar provides solid, driving rhythms to traditional tunes as well as perceptive and sensitive accompaniments to songs and airs.
The last time they were here, it was a magical evening, and this time should be the same!
