When Caitlin and Chris are in town for their house concert, they’ve agreed to teach a general melody workshop for Irish players of all skill levels! Caitlin is a renowned player and teacher. She is on the faculty at Manhattan’s Irish Arts Center, and teaches at festivals regularly, as well as private lessons. She has many students in Colorado, in fact!
Workshops like this are welcomed in our Irish music scene here! Not only might you learn a new tune or two, you are able to get the perspectives of highly respected players, and you can pick their brains about how they like to approach playing this music!
